I did it. I got Mac OS X installed on my Dell Vostro 1310 and I am loving it. A few months ago I accidently erased Windows XP from my computer. Good thing I had backed up to Amazon S3 (using Dragon Disk) before so I didn’t lose all of my files. Anyways, instead of re-installing windows I decided to try to use a linux distribution. So I did and I used PCLINUXOS. The installation went well enough and I was off and running.
PCLINUXOS was fine but there were some things that just didn’t work. I also thought my computer was able to operate faster than PCLINUXOS had it moving. It’s been a while since I blogged. I’ve taken a little time off from blogging, reading blogs, twitter and reading. I was running so hard, I think I got burned out. I took a break and did a bunch of other stuff, not I’m ready to jump back in again.
Well during my time off, my iphone died. Literally died. Couldn’t turn it on, even with it plugged in. It took me a few days but I was able to figure it out. I jailbroke my phone and updated my 3G iphone to iOS 4.0. Well that rendered my iphone 3G nearly useless. It was slow, applications kept quitting and I was ready to throw my iphone through a brick wall.
